Send your vehicle details and the service center you prefer. A service advisor calls back to agree the date, the time slot and the inspection fee before anything is reserved.

Appointment requests are not confirmed until the service center contacts the customer.

  • 01Inspection fee: UAH 650.00 for passenger cars, UAH 850.00 for SUVs and light commercial vehicles.
  • 02The fee is credited in full against the labour line of a repair booked at the same center within 14 days.
  • 03You receive a written estimate table with service code, description, parts cost, labour cost and total.
  • 04Five inspection stages apply to every center: KOLO-BRK, KOLO-SUS, KOLO-ELX, KOLO-FLU and KOLO-DIA.

From request to a confirmed time slot

No queue ticket and no waiting room. An advisor calls the number you entered and confirms the details with you directly.

    Request received

    Your city, service code, vehicle class and preferred time slot are logged with a booking reference as soon as the form is sent.

  2. 02

    Advisor callback

    An advisor from the center you selected calls back, normally within 30 minutes during working hours, to check the request against the schedule.

  3. 03

    Slot and estimate confirmed

    Bay availability, the inspection fee (UAH 650 for passenger cars, UAH 850 for SUV and light commercial) and the labour estimate are repeated on the call before anything is booked.

  4. 04

    Reminder before the visit

    A short message confirms the center address, the arrival window and the documents you should bring, usually the day before.
